Job Description

Responsibilities :-

• To obtain and negotiate best quotations and prices from sub-contractors and suppliers.

• Review final draft tender before submission.

• Review all contractual matters of the contract document and highlight material issues to Contract Manager.
• To evaluate the progress claim received from the sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Measurement, taking off for o-going project/ issuance of contractual letters and notices to clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Attending site valuation, site meeting and preparing progress payment.
• To assist in the settlement of Final Account for the Main Contract and sub-contractors.

Requirement :-

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Survey or its equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Working experience in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering preferably for construction projects.
• Willing to travel or transferred at site when required.
• Able to meet tight deadline, work under pressure and work independently.
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with client, consultants, construction team and sub-contractors.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office application, AutoCAD.
• Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
