Responsibilities :-

To obtain and negotiate best quotations and prices from sub-contractors and suppliers.
Review final draft tender before submission.
Review all contractual matters of the contract document and highlight material issues to Contract Manager.
To evaluate the progress claim received from the sub-contractors and suppliers.
Measurement, taking off for o-going project/ issuance of contractual letters and notices to clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Attending site valuation, site meeting and preparing progress payment.
To assist in the settlement of Final Account for the Main Contract and sub-contractors.

Requirement :-

Diploma / Degree in Quantity Survey or its equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Working experience in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering preferably for construction projects.
Willing to travel or transferred at site when required.
Able to meet tight deadline, work under pressure and work independently.
Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with client, consultants, construction team and sub-contractors.
Computer skills in Microsoft Office application, AutoCAD.
Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.

Responsibilities :-

Involve and be part of the finance team for Initial Public Offering, IPO.
Prepare financial statements & management accounts in accordance with MFRS and to ensure timely closing.
To lead, train and motivate account receivables and account payables staff to induce high performance.
Liaise with external auditor and tax agent to ensure both audit and tax submission are on-time.
Review project budget submitted to finance department.

Requirement :-

Degree holder or Professional Qualification holder with minimum 3 years experience.

Responsible for the full spectrum of project and site related matters.
Planning and managing project implementation and construction of project works to meet all requirements.
Able to work independently and lead the construction team in work coordination, resolve technical issue, expenses, cost control, material procurement and progress monitoring.
Good interpersonal skills with client, consultant, contractor, local authorities & relevant parties.
Prepare report and attend site meeting.
Perform any other project duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirement :-

Degree / equivalent / higher education qualification in relevant fields.
At least 5 years working experience in Earthworks and Infrastructure Engineering or related field is required for this position.
Willing to travel or transferred at site when required.
Able to meet tight deadline and work independently.
Candidates must have hands-on experience with site projects, particularly in conducting and managing site visitations.
